Q) Do you sell to the general public?

A) No, we currently only sell to resellers with a valid reseller's permit.

Q) Does your company comply with the Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010?

A) Yes, we are making every effort to comply with the new law and require our suppliers to certify that they are in full compliance.

Q) Do you ship international orders?

A) We do ship internationally. However, due to the high cost of shipping, we recommend you use a verified freight forwarder in the U.S., we can ship the merchandise to them and they can forward it to you.

Q) Do you accept COD's?

A) We only ship COD to existing customers with established credit accounts.

Q) Are you open on the weekend?

A) No, we are not open on the weekends.

Q) What are your business hours?

A) Our normal business hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00AM to 5:30PM PST.

Q) Can we come to your showroom to pick up?

A) Yes, all orders taken at our showroom can be picked up, with advance notice.

Q) How come I can't log in?

A) We currently have not opened our website for ecommerce. We are currently directing all online customers to our fashion go site.

Q) Do you have a catalog?

A) No, our clothing are constantly updated online and currently do not have a printed catalog. The best way to view our entire wholesale line is to look at our fashion go.

Q) What's your minimum?

A) We require a minimum order of 6 or 12 piece prepack per style.

Q) How much is shipping?

A) Shipping cost is dependent on your location and the dimension of your item.

Q) How long does it take to receive my order?

A) Transit time varies, but all orders received before 2 PM Pacific time will ship out on the same day.

A) Our pants are manufactured both domestically and overseas.

Q) Can I mix and match the clothing sizes?

A) We do have an open pack policy where we allow you to choose the sizes you need, but at a six piece minimum per style.

Q) Can I get samples?

A) No, we don't offer samples.

Q) Can I buy only one piece?

A) No, we don't sell single pieces. You must purchase at least the minimum.

Q) Do you have a return policy?

A) No, we do not have a return policy. All sales are final. However, should you find damaged merchandise, we will fully refund you. All claims for damaged goods, shortages or reclamations must be made within 7 business days upon receiving merchandise.

Q) Do you offer discounts?

A) No, all our discounted items can be found at our overstock page.

Q) Do you have any coupon codes?

A) No

Q) Can I use your pictures?

A) Yes, you may use our copyrighted images online for marketing purposes.

Q) Can I sell on ebay?

A) Yes, you may sell our products on ebay.

Q) How much can I charge for your products?

A) It all depends on your target market and location.

Q) Do you have additional styles?

A) All of our products are posted on our fashion go, and new styles are added on a daily basis.

Q) Can I put my own labels on your clothing design?

A) Yes, we offer private label services. Minimum of 360 units is required for private labeling. Call us for details.
