Returns / Exchanges

We know that you will love what you bought but if something doesn't work out, will gladly accept return if they meet the following criteria:

 (1)  You can return your purchase within 5 days of RMA# receipt for the STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Please understand that we do not offer refund for your purchases.

(2) To request an RMA number simply email us at and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email:

(2-1) Write down in Subject as "Return : RMA number".

·         Address

·         Invoice Number

·         Return item Style Number

·         Return item Quantity & Color

·         Reason for Return

The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the copy of your packing slip.

(3) Please note: For a return to be accepted for FULL amount of item price, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.

(4)  All sale items and accessories are final. Refunds are not available for sale items. All items indicated as FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please do not return sale items to us, they will be shipped back to the customer. All accessories are final sale.

(5)  Will I be charged for return shipping? 

- If you are retuning a purchase due to a manufacture defect or receiving the wrong product, we will send you a pre-paid return label and shipping will be on us. If you choose to use a return shipping method that exceeds the original cost, you will be responsible for any amount over the original shipping cost.
-If the return is not due to a manufacture defect or receiving wrong products, the return shipping will be at your expense, using the carrier of your choice.
